Please allow us a moment to run through how we are overcoming the ever-changing limitations for our industry and making practical adjustments for our customers.

Muratti will continue to remain open and trade under the new laws and regulations that have been presented to us during this time. As public health is a priority above all else, we will be doing our utmost to constantly monitor the shop’s capacity and continue our increased sanitisation procedures. This responsibility also includes encouraging customers to check-in using the QR-code (available at our entrance) or, alternatively, manually at our entrance. Please follow the queue and enter and exit through designated lanes.
The best way to stay up to date with changes regarding our operation is via social media @muratticakes on Facebook and Instagram.
Our range of products has been finetuned in order to adapt to our operation being changed as we once knew it. Pastry and gateaux require a craft that takes time and that we pride ourselves in. If there is a particular product that you would like, please order one day ahead to avoid disappointment. This method of ordering also creates more work for our casual staff and reduces the chance of unnecessary waste.
These are, indeed, uncertain times. As self-isolation and altering restrictions persist, the sense of great service, high quality products and community character fostered by Muratti will become increasingly important to our customers as a reminder of their previously familiar routines. We encourage you to call us directly to place an order and, as always, we will do our very best to meet your needs.
